description
Arrangement for fastening a coupling element to a car body of a vehicle.
Technical area
The invention relates to an arrangement for fastening a coupling element to a car body of a vehicle.
State of the art
Trolleys of vehicles, in particular track-guided vehicles such as rail vehicles are connected by means of several connections to the car body of the vehicle. In this case, usually a releasable connection of various elements such as handlebars, dampers or springs with attachment points on the car body. Depending on the production of the car body these attachment points are each formed differently. In the so-called Integralbauweise the car body is made of several metal profiles, which are interconnected and thereby form the main subassembly, walls, roof and end walls. These metal profiles are often made as hollow profiles made of light metal. In this embodiment, the
Mounting points for suspension components usually designed as a console, which are connected by a screw with a main assembly (typically the base). Certain types of vehicles require a particularly small distance of the vehicle floor to the track. This requirement can not be met according to the design principles known from the prior art.
Presentation of the invention
The invention is therefore based on the object of specifying an arrangement for fastening a coupling element to a vehicle body of a vehicle, which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, a space-saving mounting option should be found, with the car body structure is to be weakened by the fastening means as low as possible
The object is achieved by an arrangement for fastening a coupling element to a car body of a vehicle with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the subordinate claims.
According to the basic idea of the invention, an arrangement for fastening a coupling element to a vehicle body of a vehicle is described by means of a console, wherein the vehicle is at least partially manufactured in Integralbauweise and the console arranged in the installed position inside a profile of the car body and detachable with this profile connected is.
As a result, the advantage can be achieved to be able to reduce the height of a coupling element connection, since the interior of the profile is used.
Conventional vehicles in Integralbauweise are constructed of a plurality of metal profiles (generally light metal extruded profiles), which are firmly connected to each other and which usually as a closed
Hollow chamber profiles are formed. These hollow chambers can be used according to representational invention for producing a connection of a coupling element, whereby compared to conventional solutions a reduced space requirement is achieved. Conventional solutions involve attaching a console to an outside (typically the track surface of the undercarriage) of one profile and an opening on the opposite side to make a threaded connection, i. an opening for introducing the fastening means.
According to the invention, a console is to be introduced into a cavity of a profile and connected to this profile, for which purpose in particular a screw connection is advantageous.
It is particularly advantageous to provide a wall of the profile with a recess whose dimensions allow the insertion of the console in the interior of the profile. This recess should be as small as possible to weaken the strength of the profile as low as possible. However, a certain minimum size is required for the assembly process, which allows both the insertion of the console, as well as the introduction of the fastening means (screws or nuts, washers) and also access by tools for the execution of the fastening operation. This recess can be arranged for example on the opposing wall of the profile of the profile, which is very disadvantageous in practical terms, since this page typically forms the inner bottom of the vehicle and is usually no longer accessible through the interior fixtures and flooring after the production of the vehicle body shell, which would make maintenance extremely difficult.
It is advantageous to arrange the recess in a substantially vertical section of the profile, since these
Areas are also accessible when fully assembled vehicle. Such an exchange, or maintenance of the coupling element can be easily done from outside the vehicle.
The shape and size of the recess is determined by the shape of the console, however, to obtain the strength of the profile, in particular for the reduction of stress cracks, a rounding of the outlines of the recess with the largest possible radii provided. However, the typical forms of suitable for this purpose brackets require this purpose counter-rotating shape of the recess. This can be remedied by a specific assembly process, for which the recess may have an optimally rounded outline and the console in relation to their installation position mirrored position in the profile can be introduced and rotated before attachment to the profile in the interior of the profile by 180 degrees (mirrored ) becomes. By means of objective invention, the problem can be solved to be able to arrange a console inside a profile (a profile chamber), even if the designated opening in a profile wall, an insertion of the console in the same position in which it is to be attached, not allowed. According to the invention, a mirror of the position (turn by 180 degrees) is provided and introduced in a mirrored position and a turn in the installed position in the interior of the profile.
An advantage of the present invention is that the entire console is arranged within a profile and no such parts of the console protrudes from the profile. At most, the required fasteners (screws, washers, etc.) can protrude from the profile. As a result, the area underneath the undercarriage can be optimally utilized.

Embodiment of the invention
Fig.l shows an example and schematically an arrangement for fixing a coupling element. It is a view on a horizontally arranged profile 2 shown normal to the longitudinal direction of the profile 2. The profile 2 is formed as a hollow profile. Such an arrangement is typical of the car floor of a railway vehicle in integral construction. The profile 2 has in one of its walls a recess 3, through which a console 1 can be introduced. The console 1 comprises a flange plate with holes for producing a screw connection with the profile 2 and a connection for a coupling element. This connection is made in shown embodiment by means of a bolt for receiving a corresponding bore in the coupling element. Detailed representation of the connection or the coupling element are not shown in Fig.l. The recess 3 is rounded to avoid stress cracks with the largest possible radii. These fillets are made at the lower edge of the recess 3 with particularly large radii, since at this point the risk of cracking is greatest. These fillets prevent insertion of the console 1 in its installed position, i. that position at which the flange plate of the console 1 is closest to its attachment point to the profile 2. Therefore, it is necessary to bring the console in the mirrored position la through the recess 3 in the profile inside and to rotate in the cavity in the profile inside in the installed position. Cut along the section line A-A is shown in the following representations of the start of the introduction of a console.
2 shows by way of example and schematically the introduction of a console into a profile in a first step. A section transverse to the longitudinal axis of a profile 2 is shown, which has taken place along the section line A-A in FIG. The profile 2 is designed as a multi-chamber profile with four chambers. Furthermore, the profile 2 has on both sides formations for connection to other profiles. The profile 2 shown is typical for an edge profile of a built-in integral construction rail vehicle floor.
In a substantially vertically arranged profile section 6, a recess 3 is introduced, for example by means of milling. To create a sufficiently large installation space is also a diagonal wall 4 of the profile 2 is broken. Such a diagonal wall 4 increases the rigidity of the profile 2. At the bottom of the profile 2, which faces the track bed in practical embodiments and on which the chassis is arranged, is a
Coupling element feedthrough 7 is provided, through which a coupling element attachment in the profile interior is feasible. This coupling element feedthrough 7 can be produced for example by means of milling or by drilling. The recess 3 is designed as shown in Fig.l, wherein the rounded portions of the outline of the recess 3 do not allow insertion of a console 1. In this first step, the console is arranged in a mirrored position la and can thus be introduced into the interior of the profile. At the bottom of those profile chamber in which the console 1 is introduced, a plate 8 is loosely arranged, which also has a recess for the passage of a coupling element. This plate 8 makes it possible to make the console 1 smaller and thus make the recess 3 smaller. The plate 8 further has holes (not shown in Fig. 2) by means of which it is connected by the screw 5 together with the console 1 with the profile 2.
3 shows by way of example and schematically the introduction of a console into a profile in a second step. In this second step, the console la penetrates the recess 3 in its mirrored position.
4 shows an example and schematically the introduction of a console in a profile in a third step. In this third step, the console is completely inside the profile chamber of the profile 2 and can be rotated about its axis. It is advantageous that both the recess 3 and the coupling element bushing 7 allow access to the console and facilitate rotation and alignment of the holes of the screw 5.
5 shows an example and schematically the introduction of a console in a profile in a 4th step. In this 4th and last step, the console 1 is in its mounting position and rests on the plate 8. A screw 5 (not shown in Figure 5) can now be done.
